COVID-19 Update
We want you to know that the safety of our staff and clients is most important to us. Please read through the following improvements and continued procedures we’ve made to keep everyone safe.
COVID-19 Protocols
If client has travelled outside of the country within 14 days, has or may have come into contact with anyone tested positive for the covid-19 virus, they must reschedule their appointment to at least after the 14 day isolation recommendation.
Client must not have any symptoms related to covid-19 such as a cough, sore throat, fever, runny nose or shortness of breath. If they have any symptoms, we ask that they reschedule their appointment for at least two weeks from the current date.
We ask that clients please be honest regarding their symptoms. If they need to reschedule due to covid-19 related issues, we will waive the 24hr cancellation fees (non covid-19 related cancellations and no show fees will still be in effect).
Please do not arrive early for your appointment. You can wait outside or in your car, but please do not come into the common area to wait for your appointment. Clients may text their stylist to let them know that they have arrived and are waiting in their vehicle if they wish. If the stylist is running behind, they will try their best to communicate with their clients beforehand.
Please arrive on your own. You are only allowed to come with someone if it is a parent with their child that live together getting a haircut. Only the same households. No exceptions.
Clients MUST wear masks to all appointments. We ask that you provide your own, that goes around the ears and NOT behind the head. If you do not have one, we will supply one for you for $1. If you are nervous about color stains on your mask, please bring a disposable or ask to purchase one from your stylist.
There is hand sanitizer at each stylist’s stations, and there is also a communal bottle in the common area and restroom. Clients must use the hand sanitizer provided (or use their own if they want) upon entering the salon, and after touching surfaces or personal items.
Please do not touch the product shelf displays. If you have questions about a certain product, ask your stylist and they will help you.
Bring your own water bottle/thermos. We will refill your container without touching your personal bottle, and will sanitize the water dispenser afterwards
Clients may bring their own food for long appointments (3+ hrs), but they must eat it outside of the premise.
Purses and bags are allowed to be hung next to their station on the hanger provided. The hook is sanitized after use. Please don’t put your bags on our stations.
Washroom is available for use. We ask that you wash your hands for a minimum of twenty seconds, and we will be sanitizing door knobs, sink, toilet, etc. frequently.
Appointments only (as before). No walk-ins.
